Our introductory level of partnership involves a three-step process in which we create and deliver a detailed exit strategy tailored to your specific situation and goals.

  • We start with a high-level analysis of the business—its strengths and weaknesses, financial history and forecast, short and long-term goals, as well as a team analysis, all taken in the context of industry trends.

    We have a proven track record of finding hidden gems and unknown opportunities in existing businesses for founders to increase equity.

  • Through interviews, goal casting, and sometimes general life coaching, we help founders uncover their ideal exit. 

    An exit doesn't always mean selling out! It can mean many things, like turning your business into a lifestyle business, setting it up for generational successors, relocation, employee-owned buyouts, IPOs, mergers, or getting acquired.

  • Lastly, we propose the work and adjustments needed to achieve this ideal strategy and lay out a plan of execution with an ideal timeline. This can include a wide range of work, such as rebranding, creative media production, product development and innovation, patents, trademarks, IP portfolio management, structural and talent management, and strategic acquisition opportunities.

This is typically a pivotal point for most founders to see an exciting path forward for their business with actionable steps to achieve their most strategic exit.

  • We start with a high-level analysis of the business (Step 1), then we uncover the ideal exit strategy (Step 2), and then create an actionable itemized plan with an agreed upon timeline (Step 3). But we don't stop there...
